We are proud to announce our second generation project with TYM in Vietnam. Our commitment of $1,003,000 over the next 3 years will assist TYM in expanding low cost collateral free credit in two new provinces that are characterized as poor and remote.

The goal is to provide additional opportunities where they previously did not exist, reaching 4,300 new entrepreneurs. Click the photo below to see our work in Vietnam:

Whole Planet Foundation President and Executive Director says, “When I visited Vietnam, I was astounded by the industrialism of the north Vietnamese. I have seen how capitalism as a financial system is now working in places like North Vietnam; people are industrious and are prospering. The key is not just aid, but creating development through commerce. Government aid has never helped a single country emerge from underdeveloped to emerging or developed. Commerce vis-à-vis some form of capitalism has been the only successful way to create wealth.”
