I really would like to become involved with Whole Planet Foundation as a photographer. I am currently on my way to Sri Lanka, the land of my birth, and will be back in California on April 11, 2014. Is there someone that I can correspond with in the meantime about how my volunteer services may be of assistance to the Foundation?
I look forward to your earliest response.
Thank you in advance.

That million plus that went out of the US and into VietNam should have gone into on of our US centers of need for development of our own people trying to start and grow a business. Why do we think that a not looking in our own backyard first is OK? Our own poverty and unemployment is astounding here in the US. We need to fix us where we live before we take $1million plus and give it to another country.
I’m not being insensitive, just pragmatic and very honest – we need that kind of help, program support right here in the US and no, we cant ask our government to do it because we too are no longer cash rich at the government level.
