Navitas Naturals navitas logo

Peru is home to Navitas Naturals’ first product: the superroot Maca. As a health food enthusiast, Navitas Naturals’ Founder Zach Adelman experienced the benefits of eating the little-known nutritious root from the Andes Mountains. He thought that North Americans would also appreciate the attributes of the tasty and nutritious root.

Navitas is especially thankful to support Whole Planet Foundation, as we partner with Pro Mujer to fund microcredit in Peru, a land close to Navitas’ roots. Since they began their support of the foundation, they have donated $52,200 to fund 4084 opportunities for entrepreneurs and their families.

Coconut Water’s story began in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2005 when our founders endeavored to brand and launch a line of coconut water in the U.S. Even though few Americans had ever heard of Coconut Water, they had the vision—and the passion—that this would be a sought-after alternative beverage. One year later, O.N.E. Coconut Water hit store shelves at Whole Foods in Southern California.
